in ten minutes or less.

participation will help the trustees and township employees continue
to improve our service to you.
Our
goal is to build upon the strengths of our community and improve
in areas where needed. We encourage you to let your voice be heard
regarding your local government!
Please
take a few moments to complete the survey and return to Town Hall
on or before April 25 th . We ask that you either:

Drop off the survey at the Safety Building at 2459 Canfield
Road (located at the
corner
of US 224 and Kubler...enter at the Clock Tower entrance facing
Springfield
Lake);
2. go online to our website at www.springfieldtownship.us
and follow the link to the
survey complete and e-mail to jdies@neo.rr.com,
if you do not have Adobe Reader
8 installed on your computer you
will net to update by following the link at the
bottom of this page, or
3.
return the completed survey in the enclosed self-addressed
envelope.
In
our efforts to keep the cost of this survey reasonable, we ask that
you provide a postage stamp (41 cents) if you are returning the
survey by mail.
